Software Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct calls and face-to-face outdoor meetings with customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory.
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvements to meet a sales quota.
  • Ability to demonstrate corporate products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge..
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their business and technical needs and provide them with the initial solution.
  • Follow up with customers during the project implementation to ensure their satisfaction.

 Previous Experience as Sales of software / ERP products is a must.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another related field.Understanding of sales performance metrics.Fluent English speaker.Outstanding presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.Availability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.Females will be preferred.A solid list of pre-existing connections with decision makers in the real-estate development field is a great plus.
