Main Job Duties:
- Responsible to Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.
- Responsible for monitoring OPRP & CCP and take appropriate corrective action for any deviation in processes.
- Responsible for monitoring and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation verification on equipment and other areas required.
- Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.
- Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.
- Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and GMP practices.
- Follow up on the periodic visits of the pest control company, and organize the periodic spraying processes across the factory.
- Collect product samples for Product Development, lab retains and the laboratory when directed.
- Checkup regularly on the standardization of all measurement equipment like thermometers and balances.
- Supervise the loading of products from the factory, which includes recording product data, customer data, & a report on the container’s status in case of exports.
- Perform inspections on Products, Equipment, and Machinery.
- Report the Food Safety Team leader with any problem related to Food safety issue.

Degree: Bachelor of Agriculture (Food Science Technology) or Faculty of Science.Experience 2-7 years in similar positions.Good English Language.
