1. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for product development and improvement.

• Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies in the lighting sector.

2. Quotations and Pricing:

• Prepare and provide accurate and competitive quotations to customers and sales teams.

• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies align with company objectives.

• Maintain and update pricing information in SAP and other relevant systems.

3.SAP Utilization:

• Use SAP for various product management tasks, including inventory management, order processing, and product data management.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within the SAP system.

• Generate reports and analyses from SAP to support decision-making processes.

4. Support Warehouse Operations:

• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory management and product availability.

• Assist in the coordination of product shipments and logistics to meet customer demands.

• Monitor stock levels and provide recommendations for reorder points and stock optimization.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate regular reports on product performance, sales data, inventory levels, and market trends.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation, including specifications, manuals, and technical data sheets.

• Prepare business cases, presentations, and other documentation for new product proposals and ongoing projects.

6.Manufacturer Liaison:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.

• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely production, quality control, and delivery of products.

• Address and resolve any issues related to product quality, specifications, or production schedules.

7.Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and promotional materials.

• Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and applications.

• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

8. Customer Interaction and Feedback:

• Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights on product performance and satisfaction.

• Address customer inquiries and issues related to products in collaboration with customer service teams.

• Utilize customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovations.

9. Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with quality assurance and compliance teams to maintain product integrity and safety.


Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.0–1 years of experience in product management, preferably in the lighting or related industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.Knowledge of lighting technologies and market trends is a plus.Preferred Skills:• Experience with market research and data analysis tools.• Familiarity with product development processes and project management methodologies.• Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes in a manufacturing environment.ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
