1. Promote & Specify saint gobain solutions in projects with stakeholders
2. Research & implement technical submittals, documents, reports needed.
3. Understand well, our products & solutions technical data & key selling of each. 
4. Understand& work to department action plan, according to the company vision & strategy. 
5. Identify project’s needs & requirements through out one to one meeting with stakeholders or projects surveys & follow ups. 
6. Provide high levels of technical support, tools, simulations and project specification packs to architects to reinforce project specifications.
7. Develop strong relationships with architects & consultants with the view to forming trusting partnerships.
8. Secure specifications are held by tracking the project from design phase to sales phase.
9. Demonstrate technical support competencies to main contractors reducing risk of changes to specification and reduce risk of value engineering.
10. Participate in net-working events and seminars.
11. Contribute and participate in regular monthly projects sales meetings.
12. Constant updating of CRM customer database and make additions where applicable.
13. Record, track, update and manage projects in a timely fashion through the companies CRM system.
14. Regular Reporting to the direct Manager. 
15. Actively attend department progress meeting & keep track of the required tasks.
16. Understand & comply with Saint gobain code of conduct & attribute to the attitudes.
