Visual Concept Development:

- Provide creative direction and guidance to the creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other visual artists.

- Collaborate with clients and project coordinators to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

- Develop visual concepts, videos, themes, and design strategies for social media campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the brand's identity and message.

- Translate marketing goals into compelling visual executions with different directions.

Brand Identity and Guidelines:

- Ensure that all visual content ( Statics & Videos )  to the brand's visual identity guidelines, including color palettes, typography, imagery, and overall brand aesthetics.

- Maintain consistency and brand integrity across all social media platforms.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, social media managers, and marketing strategists, to align visual elements with the overall content strategy and to prioritize design projects, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.

- Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and clients.

- Provide feedback and guidance to the creative team to ensure high-quality design deliverables.

Team Management:

- Manage and mentor a team of designers and visual artists, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

- Allocate resources and assign responsibilities based on project requirements.

- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

 

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media platform features, and industry best practices.

- Explore innovative design techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance the visual impact of social media campaigns.

Software Knowledge :

  • Adobe Photoshop : is the industry standard for image editing and manipulation. It can be used for everything from creating photorealistic images to retouching existing photos.
  • Adobe Illustrator : is a vector graphics editor that is used to create logos, illustrations, and other scalable graphics.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro : is a video editing software that is used to create and edit videos.
  • Adobe InDesign : is a desktop publishing application that is used to create layouts for magazines, brochures, and other printed materials.

Quality Assurance & Performance Evaluation :

- Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables through thorough reviews and feedback sessions.

- Conduct design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and ensure that all creative assets meet the brand's standards and project requirements.

- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of visual designs in achieving campaign objectives.

- Analyse performance metrics, user feedback, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize design strategies.


Proven working experience as Art DirectorHands on different designs such as videos, social media, printable and outdoorsHands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package designProficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing toolsDemonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolioIncorporate feedback and take/give direction wellTeam player with strong communication and presentation skillsRelevant education or training
