Younis Architects is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in overseeing project progress, ensuring quality standards, and guiding our architectural team to success. 

Job responsibilities : 

1. Team Leading Duties: As a team leader, your duties include monitoring the progress of each project and the individuals assigned to them. This oversight includes; design and quality aspects, as well as performance timelines, providing timely and appropriate guidance to the team as situations arise will be an integral part of your role. 

2. Architectural Duties: As an architect, you'll be entrusted with pivotal projects, encompassing both architectural and interior domains. Your responsibilities will span various phases of the specified project, with particular emphasis on its more complex aspects where your expertise will be highly valued. 

3. Strategic Duties: A vital aspect of your role involves formulating and implementing strategies essential for our studio's growth. This includes streamlining and automating tasks, fostering team development, and establishing work standards. These standards will ensure the smoother execution of future projects and facilitate the rapid integration of new team members.
