Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized BIM Coordinator to oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows across our projects. The BIM Coordinator will work closely with project teams to ensure the successful integration of BIM technology throughout the design, construction, and maintenance phases. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise in BIM software, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance project outcomes.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for project teams.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to establish BIM requirements and deliverables.Manage the creation, organization, and maintenance of BIM models and associated data.Conduct regular model reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.Facilitate collaboration and communication among project stakeholders through BIM coordination meetings and clash detection.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Architecture.* Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Civil 3D and AutoCAD.* Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and workflows.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
