Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our team. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for our projects. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop accurate and comprehensive models that support the design and construction.
Responsibilities:• Create detailed BIM models using software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.• Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM execution plans and standards.• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate various disciplines into the BIM model.• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts to ensure constructability and coordination.• Generate 2D drawings and 3D visualizations from BIM models as needed.• Assist in the implementation of BIM technologies and workflows.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM Modeling (Landscape and Architecture).• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ACC, Civil 3D, Navisworks and AutoCAD.• Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
