Job Summary

Participating in developing and implementing initiatives and projects that align the workforce with strategic business objectives and implementing major changes in all aspects of day-to-day operations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees.
  • Perform benchmark analyses of recruitment metrics.
  • Calculate employee monthly/quarterly turnover rate.
  • Conduct job analysis and maintain the update of job descriptions for the whole organization.
  • Maintain & update the organizational chart on a monthly basis.
  • Lead performance management process and consult line managers to track and monitor employee performance.
  • Update and develop HR policies and procedures.
  • Plans and conducts a new employee orientation program.
  • Design and implement employee training programs.

Job requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, an HR Diploma is a must.A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in relevant talent management roles.Excellent command of the English language.Excellent Level with Microsoft Office Suite.Required Skills and Abilities:Experience in continuous organizational improvement and the ability to act as a change agent.Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and results-focus.
