• Responsible for developing marketing and communication strategies for the company

• Responsible for developing yearly activity calendar with related KPIs

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns on different marketing channels (print – radio – digital – etc.)

• Responsible for developing and managing the corporate website

• Responsible for doing market analysis reports

• Responsible for product marketing activities to maintain the model’s competitiveness and profitability in the market

• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

• Manage the marketing budget efficiently to achieve the company’s targets

• Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against targets

• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

• Responsible for managing the CRM and call center activities

• Responsible for managing the customer service agents in all our showrooms

• Responsible for developing and measuring lead management and generating reports to reflect the performance.
