As the Sales and Marketing Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and increase market share. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop innovative strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with product management to develop and launch new products and services.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring effective execution of strategies and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience in sales and marketing strategy development and execution.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new opportunities and solve complex problems.- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.- Knowledge of the electrical industry and market trends is preferred.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP.
