- Assist in developing, implementing, and supervising student leadership development programs, which supports and responds to the university's goals.
- Determine and interpret student services needs on an individual basis; advise students and resolve problems, as necessary.
- Organize on and off-campus activities such as leisure activities, trips and participate in cultural events where other universities might be partaking.
- Assist in designing, developing, and/or facilitating a wide range of workshops, training sessions, and retreats for students, university guests, and staff.
- Provide support in developing and coordinating specific programs to assist students with general wellbeing and social issues that may interfere with their academic programs.
- Assist in supervising the elections held to form the different Students Government branches, developing, and implementing the appropriate policies to be followed during the elections.
- Assist the Student Life Manager in coaching and mentoring leaders of student clubs, out-reach programs, and community service organizations.
- Assist the Dean of Student Life in maintaining accurate records for student conduct cases
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Relevant Higher Education Certificate.0-2 years of experience working with youth, preferably in higher education or relevant setting.Adept user of Microsoft word, Zoom, Google meet, Excel, and PPT.
