This is a full-time on-site role for an Italian Speaker located in Heliopolis. As an Italian Speaker, your responsibilities will include providing assistance and support to Italian-speaking clients, communicating with them effectively to understand their needs, and coordinating with our team to ensure efficient and satisfactory service. You will serve as a point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, providing them with information and guidance, and assisting them with any queries or concerns they may have. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records and documentation, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
