  • Share with section head in preparing the Preventive maintenance plan (PMP).
  • Follow up maintenance technicians and supervisors activities.
  • Follow up the implementation of the PMP.
  • Repair the mechanical faults.
  • Follow up the documentations (mechanical daily report and machine history card) is kept up to date.
  • Monitoring the mechanical spare parts consumption through using the minimum and maximum levels of stock.
  • Prepare spare parts (mechanical) purchase request.
  • Monitoring maintenance key performance indicators (KPI) in order to track the plant performance.
  • Follow up and Repair the mechanical equipment like  ( Gearbox , vacuum pump , pistons ,....)
