- Setup of Oracle Apps module configurations in a cross functional team environment ensuring objectives are met and preparing all necessary documentations as per ABF standard.
- Provide first- and second-line support to users under an ITIL framework and to handle escalations to Oracle Support. As part of the resolution process should be able to undertake user training and draw up necessary process or user documentations.
- Document Solutions /Implementation according to Oracle ABF.
- Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality.
- Design, develop, and install application enhancements and upgrades.
- Contribute to pre-testing phase of development by evaluating proposals in order to identify potential problem areas and make the appropriate recommendations.
- Develop and communicate training and documentation for end users.
- Develop, distribute, and coordinate in-depth end-user reviews for modified and new systems or applications.
5+ years of relevant extensive experience in ERP Oracle Applications Implementation & Project Management on one of the following modules “Manufacturing, Supply chain or Finance”. University degree in the field of Engineering /computer science.Good Knowledge of Oracle ABF, OUM. Certification in “Oracle SCM or Manufacturing or Financials”Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.Previous Experience in Oracle APEX is preferred Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language.English language fluency.
