- Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for outstaffed employees, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues faced by outstaffed employees, escalating complex matters to the Outstaffing Manager when necessary.
- Employee Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with outstaffed employees to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and engagement with their placement.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with outstaffed employees, providing updates and information as needed.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from outstaffed employees about their experience and provide insights to the Outstaffing Manager for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s database.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new outstaffed employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition and understand company policies and procedures.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure that outstaffed employees are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and work with the Outstaffing team to implement changes.
Bachelor’s degree.2-3 years of experience in a customer service, human resources, or employee relations role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices
