- Planning and handling export orders from customer request till order shipping to customers.
- Design and creating data base for export department.
- Follow up orders achieving with related parties with making sure products complying with regulatory, international standards and customer needs.
- Planning transport routes by carrying out a detailed study of cost-effective trade routes and select the best means of transport to meet the cost as well as time barriers.
- Prepare all order documentations such as price quotation, PI, PL and so on.
- Creating and preparing shipping of samples to customers with high level of quality.
- Ensuring the safe delivery of goods by handling and taking proper care of goods during transport.
- Verify the delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Coordinate the loading plan with factory departments (warehouses, quality control, production, planning) to ensure the availability of the products at the latest receiving date.
- Manage communications with existing customers in Europe to follow up on any upcoming inquiries and purchase orders.
- Perform a weekly report about all orders either active orders or in-progress orders to direct manager.
- Perform analysis for all orders and set KPI's and take corrective actions if required.
- Follow up with customers after order shipping and testing to get a customer feedback regarding orders.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science.1-3 years of experience in export management, sales, planning and logistics. (medical devices experience is proffered)Strong command in written and spoken English.Very good in Microsoft office programs.Having strong research skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong Planning , organizing, detailed oriented and problem solving skills.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.Willing to travel or working in Ismailia.
