Direct Supervisor: General Manager / CEO

Departments Supervised: Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, Health and Safety, and Human Resources

General Job Purpose: Manage and oversee all operations of the factory producing frits. Ensure efficient and high-quality production processes, compliance with safety regulations, and effective management of resources. Lead the team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards in product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:Production Management:Oversee daily operations of the factory, ensuring efficient production of frits.Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and production targets.Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Quality Control:Ensure strict adherence to quality standards for all products.Implement quality control procedures and supervise the quality control team.Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.Maintenance:Supervise the maintenance of factory equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operation.Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any equipment issues.Procurement and Inventory:Oversee the procurement of raw materials and supplies needed for production.Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking.Develop relationships with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.Logistics and Supply Chain:Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Health and Safety:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the factory.Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and equipment.Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.Human Resources:Lead and motivate the production team to achieve high performance.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.Identify training needs and arrange for appropriate training programs.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and submit regular reports on production, quality, maintenance, and other key metrics.Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and other important information.Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions.Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to enhance factory operations.Any Other Duties:Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager / CEO within the scope of the job.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering).Proven experience in managing a production facility, preferably in the frits industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
