  • Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell educational products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential and current customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's educational products and services to communicate features and benefits to customers effectively.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Follow-up: Perform follow-up calls with potential customers interested in the products or services.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve products and services.
  • CRM Management: Accurately enter and manage customer information and sales activities in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.Previous telesales or customer service experience, preferably in the educational sector.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Basic computer skills including MS Office Suite.Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle objections effectively.Excellent English level is a must
