• Oversee and manage the school security team, to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Train and develop security staff to ensure high performance and professionalism.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, including fire drills, lockdowns, and evacuations.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents and actions taken.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree.Minimum 5 years of experience in security, with at least 2 years as a supervisor role.Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
