Equipment Service Team Leader

1-Keep/Maintain the customers relation & satisfaction.
a-Visits Customers to ensure satisfaction and solve problems.
b-Visits customers to ensure the quality of provides services by our engineers and they keep their schedules.
c-Ensure delivery of services, goods & claimed items on time
2-Service Engineers:
a-Ensure the implementation of “Visits - Service Calls - Activities Workflow “procedure.
b-Apply the distribution sheets of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) on customers where the main FSE is the responsible person on customer satisfaction.
c-Follow up their visits, vacations, use of tracking solution.
d-Schedule a semi-monthly meeting with Lab Service Dept to share knowledge, discuss faced problems and how they were fixed and any information need to be shared.
3-Achieve the target revenue, which could be achieved by:
a-Follow up all open offers to avoid any loses.
b-Track the amount of orders each customer used to place annually and avoid any decline to it
c-Follow up the renew of all existing service contracts and avoid any loss of any of them and work to increase them.
d-Avoid doing any calibration or provide any services without charging the customer.
e-Visits customers to promote for service contracts, preventative maintenance and follow up open offers.
f-Follow up money collection and open deliveries.
 


Qualifications: BSc of Engineering Experience: From 7 to 10 years of experience, at least 5 years in the same field. Computer: Very Good English: Very Good
