- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions, including blue-collar, white-collar, and supervisory roles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Oversee all aspects of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees, including benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations relevant to the construction industry.

Bachelor’s degree in business Administration or related fields.HR diploma is preferredUnderstanding of general human resources policies and proceduresExperience From 4 to 7 years of experience, particularly in Personnel, Recruitment, Payroll, and OD.Preferably experienced in the Construction field.Advanced Level in MS Office Programs.Strong organizing, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
