Job Title: Sales Team Leader
Reports to: Top Management
Work Location: Maadi Ring Road & Tagamoa
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis in order to achieve the overall sales target.
- Proactively ensures smooth sales operation and effective team collaboration.
- Distributing the daily fresh leads on all the sales team members.
- Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Participating in the pipeline meetings to ensure closing on deals.
- Monitoring closely the performance of the Sales Agents on a daily & weekly basis.
- Providing continuous on-the-job training to all the sales team to enhance their performance.
- Staying updated & informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry & best practices.
- Professional utilization of the CRM system to track leads interactions & sales progress.
- Contributes to the strategic planning of the sales directions & marketing strategies
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable, and able to anticipate and respond to the changing business needs and market conditions.

Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role in the areas of : “Tagamoa , New Capital, Future City, North Coast & Ain Sokhna”Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Owning a car is a must.Great mindset and character Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Can work under pressure
