Job Title: Junior Sales Agent - Real Estate
Reports to: Real Estate Team Leader
Based at: Maadi Ring Road & Tagamoa
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Active & prompt communication with all received leads to survey their needs.
- Leads generation through journals, real estate portals, referrals, social media posts and any other means to generate leads.
- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that best suit them
- Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients
- Set appointments, meet & present new/existing Units for clients.
- Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and installments
- Creating & updating property listings with descriptions, location, features, square footage, etc.
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate transactions with professionalism and expertise
- Staying in touch with existing clients in person and by telephone.
