The Junior Facade Structure Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design, analysis,
and implementation of facade systems. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in facade works, the
candidate should be proficient in using software such as SAP2000, IdeaSTatica, StaadPro, and Anchor Software.
Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for this role.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:1. Facade Design and Analysis:• Assist in the design and analysis of facade systems using industry-standard software tools,including SAP2000, IdeaSTatica, StaadPro, and Anchor Software.• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure that facade designs meet project specifications,safety standards, and regulatory requirements.• Perform structural calculations and analysis to validate the integrity and performance of facadecomponents.• Work closely with project teams to understand the overall project requirements and integratefacade design into the broader structural framework.• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integrationof facade systems with the overall building design.• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and other documentation related tofacade design and analysis.• Generate reports summarizing analysis results, design decisions, and recommendations forimprovement.• Conduct quality control checks on facade components to ensure compliance with designspecifications and industry standards.• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies and implementcorrective measures.• Stay current with advancements in facade design software and contribute to the optimization ofexisting workflows.• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues related to facade structures.• Provide innovative solutions to challenges encountered during the design and implementationphases.• Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a clearunderstanding of project requirements.• Participate in project meetings, providing updates on facade design progress and addressing anyconcerns or queries.• Actively engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry trends, codes,and standards.• Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge infacade engineering.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in facade engineering.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.• Experience with SAP2000, IdeaSTatica, StaadPro, and Anchor Software.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.The Junior Facade Structure Engineer is expected to adapt to new challenges and contribute to the success of facade engineering projects within the company.
