- Process reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about travel options.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and industry trends.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all reservation data entered into the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor reservation systems for availability and ensure the best possible rates for clients.
- Prepare and distribute reservation confirmation documents to customers.
Previous experience in a reservations role, preferably within an OTA or travel agency.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in using reservation systems and online booking platforms.Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.A passion for travel and a commitment to providing excellent service.
