Reports to: Head of Business Support
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and review software-testing strategies.
Manage software testing resources (Recruit, train, allocate and monitor).
Review business requirements and provide inputs.
Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.
Define the testing type and testing strategy based on the project nature and approve it from Development manager for the release/ project.
Identify how his/her test team align with the organization and how his/her team would achieve the roadmap identified for the project and the organization.
Identify the tools for test reporting, test management, test automation, and educate the team on how to use those tools.
Participate in release planning activities (user story writing workshop, size estimation, dry run, release date).
Analyze and prepare impact analysis for proposed change requests.
Participate in the collection and documentation of user\'s requirements.
Prepare testing work breakdown structure (WBS) for the user stories/ project.
Prepare the effort estimation for testing task.
