- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Host and participate in job fairs
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Coordinate orientation sessions, prepare orientation materials, and facilitate introductions to key team members.
- Developing HR documents, including evaluation forms and experience letters
- Implementing the performance appraisal plan in regards to competencies and rating scales and making recommendations to achieve the best results in assessing employees’ performance
- Collect performance evaluation to extract the TNA models.
- Developing HR policies, procedures, and documents.
Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment & OD Specialist or similar roleBSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant fieldPost graduate studies (HR Diploma, Certificate…etc.) is a plus.Hands-on experience with the job sites like Wuzzuf and ForasnaStrong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communications skills3 : 6 years of experience in the same role.
