Sales Force Admin/CRM Specialist

Salesforce Administration:
 

  • Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
     
  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
     
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and process builder flows.
     
  • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness by performing regular data audits, merging duplicate records, and managing data imports/exports.
     

User Support and Training:
 

  • Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
     
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials for new and existing users.
     
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users.
     

System Enhancements and Projects:
 

  • Identify and implement Salesforce improvements and system customizations to support business needs.
     
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.
     
  • Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce updates, upgrades, and integrations with other systems.
     

Reporting and Analytics:
 

  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to support business needs.
     
  • Assist users in generating ad hoc reports and conducting data analysis as required.

Certified Salesforce Administrator Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development.  Salesforce product knowledge and 3 years hands-on administration and development experience with Sales Cloud or Salesforce Sales & Service Module Microsoft Dynamics Business Central development knowledge Good knowledge on Integration using API (Postman) between Salesforce and ERP A proactive attitude to platform enhancements A desire to implement best practice solutions.  Available and responsive to questions Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions Training users and creating training materials Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules) Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
