About the Role

The Innovator role sits within the Innovation Department of our dynamic innovation hub. We work with startups, established industries, and individual innovators to solve problems, develop new products, and foster a culture of creativity. You'll be a key player in this exciting space, responsible for a range of activities including:

• Product Development: Partnering with startups and industries to understand their challenges and ideate innovative solutions. This may involve leading projects from concept to prototype, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Content Creation: Developing engaging and informative content on various innovation topics, including technical aspects, business strategies, and industry trends. This could involve writing articles, creating presentations, or designing training materials.
• Training & Development: Delivering workshops and training sessions for startups, innovators, and industry professionals on relevant innovation topics. This may involve developing curriculum, facilitating discussions, and providing guidance on best practices.
• Technical & Business Innovation: Combining technical expertise with a strong business acumen to identify new opportunities for innovation. You'll be expected to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and translate them into practical solutions for our clients.
