Role Overview:

• Oversees the overall BIM strategy and implementation within the organization.
• BIM contracts management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing BIM Standards , ensuring compliance, coordinating project teams, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating project model deliveries and reviewing models to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Leading BIM coordination meetings to discuss project updates and issues.
• Provides leadership and guidance to the BIM team.
• Coordinates with project managers and stakeholders to integrate BIM into project plans.
• Manage the integration of BIM models from various disciplines to ensure a cohesive and accurate project representation.
• Oversee the creation, updating, and maintenance of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensures that all BIM deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Develop and manage BIM execution plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on BIM implementation progress and model development
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks on BIM models to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of BIM practices
• Manage the integration of BIM data with other project management and construction software.
