Prepare accurate monthly consolidated management accounts whilst ensuring that the internal and external reporting deadlines are met.
Develop IDH group's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
Implement improvements to systems and financial controls.
Assist IDH group's external auditors with the annual and quarterly audit of consolidated accounts.
Review quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
Interpret data and provide concise explanations on trends and variances.
Prepare consolidated accounts under IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Assist with acquisition and disposal accounting and business transfer reviews.
Perform other related duties as required.
