- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the DPO team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall product vision and roadmap.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop DPO talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Coach and mentor DPOs on best practices for product ownership, including user research, backlog management, and user story development.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between DPOs, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
- Track and measure the performance of the DPO team and digital products, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital product management.
- Manage budgets and resources for the DPO team.
- Advocate for the needs of the DPO team and digital products within the organization.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product management or a related field.Proven experience leading and managing a team.Strong understanding of the digital product development lifecycle.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.Passion for building and launching successful digital products.
