- Greeting business clients and guests
- Assisting executives with project tasks
- Responsible for getting different offers for needed office staff to proceed with needed item
- Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary office supplies; order supplies as needed to keep basic supplies stocked, and to fulfill special requests from staff.
- Maintain and update office phone list, email distribution lists, and other similar systems.
- Receive and sort incoming mail to concerned parties.
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure after having approvals
- Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events if needed.
- Assist in handling of human resources activities, scheduling interviews.
