- Set daily, weekly & monthly plans to achieve personal targets.
- Determine the sell-up plan monthly basis.
- Set the collection plan for assigned groups/groups to ensure the collection schedule.
- Start The student journey by sending them all the required information and technical details & schedules.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers while ensuring client satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Support and provide the students with important information via phone, emails, and follow-up with them.
- Assured answering inbound calls and responding to students' requests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Send any required surveys to collect student feedback and concerns.
- Upselling any extra product will match student needs.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Reach out to students for any missing data related to the studying journey.
- Assure monitoring for all student's financial settlements executing the plan.
- Work closely with the Sales team and other technical teams to ensure an exceptional student experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate, Solve, and fulfilling student’s needs.
- Maintain and update the existing database with changes and the status of each student.
- Collaborate with students to build and manage Customer Success Plans.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers promptly.
