Job Purpose
To fulfill the company's content requirements, we will conceive and deliver
compelling content ideas that breathe life into communities across platforms while
handling corporate copywriting duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
• As a Senior Creative Copywriter, you'll have the opportunity to deliver and inspire award-winning work from
yourself and those you collaborate with. Your ideas, creativity, and use of interactive media will have the
power to influence and bring about dramatic change.
• Create and write for various creative products, including corporate, web, video, content, and social.
• In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the brand manager, designers, and video editor. Your input will be
crucial in getting to the heart of the big idea and contributing to the success of the multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to present creative social ideas based on trends and relevant social
conversations.
• Copywrites for a breadth of brands across a variety of channels.
• Identifies creative and content delivery requirements.
• Drives, defines, and feeds back on the quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, content quality,
and collaboration.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for content work with guidance from the brand manager and directors.
• Prepare well-structured drafts (including insights, blogs, content calendars, video copies, scripts, brochures,
etc.).
• Create marketing materials to advertise and promote our activities. This includes PPT decks, company
profiles, strategies, action plans, pitch decks, etc.
• Cultivate content marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement, generate leads, deliver sales, retain
customers, and build brand awareness for multiple channels and platforms.
• Understand in-depth Integral customer personas across all industries.
• Research and analyze audience needs, preferences, objectives, and methods.
• Study and understand how users consume our content across the product lifecycle.
• Develop explicit and engaging content consistent with the company's brand image and address business
goals and consumer needs.
• Develop content governance guidelines for all content's tone, style, and voice and ensure they are followed.
• Perform content audits and analyze the gap. Review existing material to determine what is relevant,
consistent, redundant, or missing for each target audience.
• Test and implement innovative and relevant methods of measuring content, campaigns, and tools, keeping
in mind the purpose of the derived results.
• Plan and execute content shoots in required locations.
• Create, edit, and source visual content for all social media platforms(videos, photos, reels, GIFs…etc.).
• Writing original copy for social media content and ads.
• Liaising with designers to enrich the text with visual ads (e.g., images, charts, etc.)


3+ years of proven content strategy and creative thinking experience.Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms,and digital advertising.Fluent English Speaker.Creative-minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.Experience converting comprehensive strategy information into customer-friendly messaging.Aptitude to create a rich content strategy, both as an individual and in collaboration on a team.Able to dig deeply into content analysis while driving strategic planning and the vision for content initiatives.
