- Contact with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Prepare Technical and Financial Proposals.
- Preparation/review of project contract documents (FIDIC).
- Develop Tender Documents and Procedures such as: Instructions to Bidders, Technical and Financial Evaluation, Invitation Letters, Pre-Bid Meetings,...etc.
- Evaluation of Technical and Financial proposals by bidders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Bachelor's Degree in Law - English SectionExperience from 3 to 5 yearsFluent in EnglishGood user of Primavera and/or MS Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,...etc.)Demonstrating previous exposure to tendering and contracts and an understanding of basic contract language.Excellent communication skills.Details-oriented, initiative, and self-motivated.Possessing experience interacting with executive-level staff.
