Female Fitness Trainer

  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level, goals, and any specific needs or limitations.
  • Perform fitness assessments, including measurements of body composition, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
  • Analyze client's medical history, lifestyle factors, and exercise preferences to develop personalized fitness plans.
  • Design tailored workout programs based on client's goals, preferences, and fitness assessment results.
  • Adjust training programs as needed to ensure continued progress and adaptation to client's changing fitness levels.
  • Motivate and encourage clients during workouts, offering positive reinforcement and constructive feedback.
  • Track client's progress by recording workout data, measurements, and performance improvements.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide support, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Offer guidance on hydration, recovery, and injury prevention strategies.

Certification from a recognized personal training organization is a Must.CPR and AED certification are plus.Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).Previous experience working as a personal trainer.Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and research.Work on shift basis, morning shift from 7 am to 3 pm and evening shift from 3 pm to 11 pm.
