- Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system for franchise and sub-franchise sandwich production, bakeries, and desserts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for ERP system functionalities.
- Configure and customize the ERP system to align with business processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Control and monitor the balance of products required between the factory and franchise/sub-franchise stores.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to franchise/sub-franchise stores, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
- Train and support end-users in utilizing the ERP system effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integration and data integrity across various applications and modules.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, preferably in the production or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of ERP modules such as production planning, inventory management, and sales.Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.Previous exposure to the franchise and sub-franchise sandwich production, bakeries, or desserts industry is highly desirable.
