- Conduct research to develop new products or improve existing products in the cables and plugs industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and marketing, to ensure product feasibility and market fit.
- Design and test prototypes, analyzing results and making recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements, incorporating them into product designs.
- Document research findings, design specifications, and test results for future reference.
- Able to reduce the cost for the products as much as possible.
- Participate in factory audits and compliance activities related to R&D processes
- Make material BOM for the new products and the process needed for the new product.
Bachelor degree of Engineering ( Major : Electrical / Mechatronics ) from reputable university Fresh Graduates up to 1 year experience in same position Males Only can apply Ready to work in 10th of Ramadan ( Transportation provided )
