What you'll be doing - Work closely with the TA team to understand the job requirements - Understand Full recruitment Cycle - Attend briefing meetings with recruiters & hiring managers as and when required - Create engaging job adverts that attract applicants and sharing across all relevant job portals - Create longlists of matching candidates to review with the TA team - Screen and schedule interviews for relevant candidates - Share feedback and updates with active candidates & recruiters - Provide update reports and ensure systems compliance for each role - Develop, proactively, a pool of qualified candidates for critical roles as per TA team directions - Ensure all applicants have a great candidate experience - Build networks and communities to source and pipeline candidates - Provide support on other HR projects that include talent acquisition as and when required - Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed - Provide reporting support on excel, SAP, Power BI and other TA technology on a regular basis. - Liaise with internal HR stakeholders to collect any relevant TA data needed. - Facilitating the interview and assessment process.
