- Monitor inventory and maintain safety stock levels.
- Oversee purchase orders and procurement plan.
- Track the project execution plan and identify deviations.
- Review daily labor records, petty cash, contractor statements, and inventory documents.
- Code work orders, contractor statements, labor, and inventory items.
- Conduct periodic and surprise inventory audits in coordination with the direct supervisor.
- Direct items to cost centers.
- Identify and analyze deviations, propose preventive measures to address current or future risks, and report to the direct supervisor.
- Prepare reports for the direct supervisor whenever needed.
BSc or MSc in Accounting or Finance, or Engineering in related field.Prviouse work experince (2-4 Years) in similar post Good knowledge of ERP softwareAttention to details.Good with numbers.
