Senior Recruitment Specialist

  • Responsible for all recruitment & hiring activities for sales position in scope in line with Allianz standards and policies and R&I methodology.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
  • Attracts and engages candidates through creative sources such as database searching/ internet/ social networking/ referrals etc.                                                                                                                                                                                    
  • Develops expert knowledge of recruitment sourcing techniques and trends to find high caliber talent.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
  • Strategically builds long term relationships with potential candidates through the hiring process and ensure potential candidate experience and match them to current potential vacancies.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
  • "Provides shortlists of suitable candidates through resume pre-screening, telephone and personal interviews.
  • Prepare employment job offers and medical checkups for new candidates.
  • Conducts exit interviews with resigned employees and prepares Turnover and attrition reports and communicates them with head of departments."                                                                                                                                                                                
  • Ensuring an updated recruitment & hiring database to provide data of interviewed candidates as well as rejected candidates and follow up with the Dept. Managers to get their final feedback on the shortlisted candidates to proceed with their hiring process.          

4-6 Years of experience in similar position.                                                                    Very Good in English and Arabic.                                  Excellent computer skills.          Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics or Accounting                       HR Certificate
