- To follow up on all carried out operations in the internal system
- Following on the execution of orders till accomplishment
- Respond to customers inquiries/requests on time
- Follow up with customers, operations branches & dispatchers to ensure orders fulfillment
- Prepare Trucking documents to finance for invoicing and AP settle
- The role includes improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of the company procedures and processes
