- Market, financial and strategic support for targeted/planned real estate.
- Market & customer behaviour analysis, along with identification of market product requirements & opportunities.
- Analyze project feasibility study.
- Being the primary point of contact for all parties and stakeholder of assigned project.
- Prepare and update project business plan. Design the financial, sales and construction strategy for the project.
- Prepare project action plan then follow-up and update progress on monthly basis.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring version control and retrieval as needed.
- Project risk identification and mitigation.
- Report and present the project’s review and performance.
