  • Participate in the recruitment process when needed, train, and supervise a team of educators and administrative staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment, provide coaching and guidance, and promote professional development opportunities for employees.
  • Maintain high standards of educational quality and compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, instructors, and other stakeholders.
  • Address concerns, collect feedback, and ensure effective communication channels to foster a positive and collaborative community.
  • Provide leadership by establishing clear goals and objectives and inspiring the team to work towards achieving them.

Bachelor's or master's degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field.Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Experience in a similar role, familiarity with HRIS, proficiency in using spreadsheets,strong organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities.Proven experience in a leadership role in the education sector, preferably as aGeneral Manager or School Principal.Strong knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and teaching methodologies.Problem-solving and mediation skillsAdministrative, organizational, and time management skillsComputer skills (Microsoft Office, other IT software packages, and use of database).
