- Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, and other routine tasks.
- Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate.
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, and validation rules.
- Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Develop a customized and suitable Workflow in the backend.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).5+ years of relevant experience as a Salesforce administrator/developer of Cloud Classic & Lightning.Proven experience as a Salesforce administrator/developer and hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.3-5 years of experience working with SFDC, HTML/CSS.Solid understanding of SFCC, jQuery, and Bootstrap.Good knowledge of Salesforce data model, custom objects, API, governor limits, workflows, and configuration.Understanding of Integration Tools such as Mulesoft.Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proven expertise in code repositories, release management, and continuous integration. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with both internal team members, global team, and outside vendors.Salesforce certification is a plus.
