- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Set costs and project fees according to budget aligning with the operation team & the interior engineer
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing aligning with interior engineer
- Produce “sample” and “mood products”
- Continuous supervise for the work progress
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
- Maintain a good rapport with the clients and represent the company in the meeting with them
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installationsFamiliar with the designing programs as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, IllustratorCreative talent, imagination and eye for designCommunication and presentation skillsProject management skillsBS degree in Interior Design or similar
