Hi! 

We are looking for a HR manager to manage 90~100 staffs. You will be responsible of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development, and moreover initiating change in staff work attitude, ethics and culture. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

  • Responsibilities:
    - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    - Manage the recruitment and selection process with the management. Consistently recruiting excellent staff. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
    - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources.
    - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across factory.
    - Nurture a positive working environment.
    - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    - Maintain payroll cycle with zero errors.
    - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics(by using MS Office software).
    - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
    - Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
    - Strong Capabilities in handling labor issues.
    - Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
