Core Responsibilities and Duties: (Includes but not limited to)

Install, configure, and manage software applications according to user needs and specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for all users in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain local network infrastructure.
Configure and manage storage systems.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in computer technology.
Assemble, install, and configure computer systems and equipment.
Perform routine hardware and software maintenance.
Test and verify hardware and peripherals to ensure functionality and compliance.
Monitor system performance and make adjustments as needed.
Analyze user needs and recommend appropriate software and hardware solutions.
Ensure data security and network integrity.
Assist in developing and delivering training programs for new technologies.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, fixes, and inventory.
Identify and requisition computer equipment as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Hands-on experience with diverse computer systems and networks.
